Absolutely! We can have one of our team members do a walk-through of your space and discuss cleaning options, scheduling, and pricing. Our expert custodians provide ‘white glove’ cleaning and will keep your space well maintained and polished to perfection.
we would like to update the look of our office. do you have an interior designer on-hand?
T & J Building Impressions offers in-house interior design and consulting services. From paint color selection to office furniture sourcing, our design team can turn your space into an inspiring space to work and visit.
do you use green cleaning products?
T & J Building Impressions prides itself on creating clean and sanitary environments for our clients. Not only do we offer white glove service, but we can utilize green cleaning products in your space for an extra fee. (Need an extra air purifier? Ask about our plant installations for added health and clean air benefits).
we need our conference room table moved and chairs put together. can you help with that?

MY OFFICE NEEDS WEEKLY FLORAL ARRANGING. DO YOU PROVIDE THIS SERVICE?
We sure do! Our floral designers can customize floral arrangements for your space on a weekly basis based on budget and design esthetic. We even offer plant maintenance if your office has them. If you’d like to add plant life to your office we can even help with that.
do you offer craft or snack services for office break rooms?
Yes! We can provide craft/snack services for your staff room on a weekly basis. From fresh fruit to healthy nuts and bars and everything in-between, let us help your staff by adding convenient snacks to increase productivity.
do you only service businesses in oakland?
We service the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Unfortunately we do not service outside of this area.
how does the art installation work?
Our design team will curate monthly art from local galleries and artists to showcase in your space for approval. They will install pieces in your selected space for up to 30 days, and change out each month with new artwork.
can you provide a beverage service?
Absolutely! T & J Building Impressions has great relationships will locally sourced and sustainable coffee roasters, tea houses, as well as national beverage brands. Several beverage packages available. Let us know what you need.
